Inspiration: Yuri Ferretti, The Music Box

Yuri is a fantastic dancer and a great teacher from Italy, now residing in Germany. We met during our General Skills and Teacher Training, danced together at Serendipity, and I’m currently learning Melody Bustillos’ Sacred Sword format from him, as he’s done that particular teacher training with her.

This was a lovely solo. I really liked how he added extra dynamism by creating the illussion of the dancers in music boxes by turning at an even pace.
